We’ve had so much fun experiencing VanLife along the pacific coast — including perching on top of cliffs and waking up to the crashing waves all the while enjoying the luxury of a completely outfitted tiny home! A 7gallon got water tank that is connected to the shower and kitchen faucet. Allows for 5-7 minute stop and go style shower with hot water!
30 gallon fresh water tank and two 5 gallon grey water tanks with electric ball valves for easy disposal.
A completely electric (no gas or propane) system with enough power to use an induction stove top, air fryer, coffee maker (all included) and so on!

This is, however, a two wheel drive vehicle and while you can be off grid, it cannot go off road — no sand dunes or rock climbing — this vehicle is strictly for street driving. It also must remain in the United States and cannot cross into Canada or Mexico. Other things to noteThe Impala is NOT pet friendly. — Unless agreed to in writing, the van must be returned by noon. A charge of $50/hour late fee. If not returned by 3PM, you will be charged a full day rental or the cost associated with any impact on the next rental arrangement (if the van is rented that day).
— No Smoking: No smoking of any products inside the van. Any trace of tobacco/other products smoke could result in forfeiture of your deposit.
— No Strong Odors: No cooking of foods with strong odors or a mess that is difficult to remove (fish, meat, frying, etc). Please cook on the table located outside of the vehicle. Please point the venting of the air fryer outside of the van.
— No Food Debris: Please do not allow food debris in sink drain. RV sink drainage cannot support debris and particles. Renter is responsible for damage to drains or storage tanks.
— No harsh soaps or chemicals: the filtration system cannot handle harsh soaps or chemicals. We will provide gentle dish washing soap and will provide high quality lighter soaps, shampoo, conditioner mounted in the shower.
— Travel restrictions: The van is not allowed outside of the US. Travel across the border will result in the vehicle to be reported as stolen and a complete forfeiture of the deposit.
— Road restrictions: This is NOT an AWD vehicle — it is not to be used for off-roading, salt flats, sand dunes, rock climbing, or rough dirt roads. It must only be used on official roads designated for motor vehicles. Watch for branches, rocks, or anything that could damage the vehicle — be mindful of the solar panels on the roof and vehicle height. Renter is 100% responsible for any vehicle damage.
— Drivers must be 25 years or older and need to provide drivers’ license. Only two passengers in the vehicle as there are only two seatbelts. Drive safely and at your own risk. Passengers should wear their seatbelts while vehicle is moving at all times.
— Must NOT cut directly on maple kitchen counter. Cutting board is provided.
— Vehicle Must be returned as is, Additional cleaning will be an additional charge beyond $150.
— The Impala is NOT pet friendly. Any sign of pet hair or pet use will be a $500 fee taken off of the deposit.
***You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
***If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided
***Owner will provide information on operation of camper at time of pickup and will provide instructions for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
***Composting toilet and Grey Tanks: Must be emptied upon return of the vehicle. There is a $250 charge for us to clear the tanks for you.
