Cancellation Policy No refunds will be given for early returns or for loss of use/time due to inclement weather during your rental period. PET POLICY: All pets must be pre-approved and are allowed only in select units. An additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be added. Non-approved pet(s) will forfeit up to $500 of security deposit. No exceptions! RETURN POLICY: RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. The unit must be returned undamaged with gasoline fuel at its departure level, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel less than departure amount, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle. Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited and will result in $500 surcharge.
