1. Are you a company that specializes in renting RVs, or are you a private owner renting your personal unit?
I'm a private owner renting out my personal RV which is brand new as of March and rarely used.2. Are there any bedding or bathroom essentials we'll need to bring with us like shampoo, soap, towels, blankets, pillows, etc?
We have the essential beddings for the 2 beds in the back and some extra bedding around just in case. The bath is fully stocked but please bring your own bath/beach towels and dental kits.3. Other than food/spices, are there any kitchen essentials you suggest we bring with us?
Depending on what you're planning on doing. There is a refrigerator and a freezer in the unit do you can stock up for the trip. I'd recommend things that are easy to cook since you'd be relying on the propane tank for other things as well.4. How do we handle drinking water in your RV? Should we bring bottled water?
The water in the RV should be potable (there is a filtration system), but I'd recommend drinking bottled water.6. Is there a safe/secure place for us to park/leave our car while we're renting your RV?
The RV is actually currently parked in a secured parking lot. You'd just pick up from there and leave your vehicle in the RV's parking spot.7. What type of orientation do you provide when we pick up the RV, and how long does that normally take?
I'd usually like to walk you through the different bells and whistles (hookups, amenities, standard operating procedures, etc). This usually takes anywhere from 20min to 30min depending on the number of questions you have.
