5.0Kelvin was seriously such an amazing host! From start to finish, he was so cool, friendly and easy to communicate with. He was always happy to help with any little questions we had along the way, which made the whole experience that much better. The van was super cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed for our adventure. We had the best time traveling down the coast, making memories that I know my daughters will carry with them for the rest of their lives. The entire experience was nothing short of positive, and I honestly couldn’t be more stoked with how everything turned out. Huge thanks to Kelvin for helping make this trip so special for our family. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and would rent from him again!

5.0Kelvin was super helpful and communicative before the rental. The video about the van is super detailed but he gave me a full tour of the van and told me I could get ahold of him any time. The van was perfect and like a small house on wheels. Since it was pet friendly, I think my dog appreciated the van and not having to camp in the dirt. One nice thing about the van is that, even though there are blackout shades for every window, the windows are tinted so you have privacy in the van without the shades and you can wake up with a view of the forest. I was a little intimidated to drive the big van but, while different than a car, it handles really well. The bed is comfy and everything works great although I never used the shower.

No, this van is strictly forbidden to be rented for Burning Man since Outdoorsy does not insurance coverage for this particular event.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
A one hour grace period is allowed for standard Pickup and Drop-off times. Anything earlier than that for Pickup or later than that for Drop-off, there is an add-on available for an extra fee. However, if there is a back-to-back rental the very next day which makes it impossible to clean/service the van for the next guest, this add-on may not be available. Please inquire with the host.
