Communication with Aprilmarie and Alberto was excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and flexible regarding pickup and drop-off times. Unfortunately, the condition of the RV was very different from what we expected based on the listing photos and description. Before unloading our belongings, we spent over an hour cleaning surfaces, drawers, and other areas of the RV. During our two-night rental, we found ourselves spending less time inside the RV than we had anticipated due to the persistent odor and the overall condition of the vehicle. The RV showed considerably more wear and maintenance issues than we expected based on the listing. The floor was heavily scratched and dirty, especially along the edges and corners, the microwave door and several cushions had been repaired with duct tape, the sink and countertop area had visible makeshift repairs and excessive caulking, and the mattress was severely sunken in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The power step was also broken, which made getting in and out of the RV difficult for our young children. While the RV was drivable and we were able to complete our trip, its condition did not match our expectations based on the listing. We appreciate the hosts' communication and flexibility, but future renters may want to ask for current photos and clarification regarding the RV's present condition before booking.

I hesitated to leave a review that's not entirely positive but I need to be honest about our experience renting this RV. Aprilmarie & Alberto were friendly and pleasant to interact with. They were also flexible regarding pickup and dropoff times, which was nice. Our main issue was the condition of the RV, which was very far from what was advertised in the listing. A number of parts and equipment were broken/dysfunctional/missing, like the sink or microwave door fixed with duct tape / silicone sealant. The black water tank was leaky. The backup camera wouldn't come on. The kitchen drawers were greasy and we had to wash all of the dishes when using them first. There were so many things, big and small, that made me feel like I was renting a vehicle nearing the end of its life. Altogether there was a big difference between the state of the RV as advertised in the listing and what we experienced, hence the two-star rating. We still had a great time, but some clarity/honesty regarding the condition of what we were getting would have been appreciated.

Really good experience with Alberto and April! Very easy pickup, Alberto explain everything ver well, it was my first tome with an RV and i didn't have any difficulties or anything! Everything works on the RV, has utensils and coffee maker. Really recommend!
