What's included

2. Toilet Paper (Please notes, that only certain TP is allowed in the RV/ Travel Trailer.
3. Paper Plates, plastic silverware and red solo cups.
4. A few pans but recommend bringing your own.
5. Full propane tanks
6. Full tank of fresh water on request (if dry camping - $20 charge to fill up tanks)
7. A few cleaning supplies.
8. Four camping chairs (must be requested)
9. DVD players with a few DVDs. Recommend bring your own DVD.
10. Two Roku TV's. (Note: You will have to have Wifi for this to work).
11. Generator (On request): Generator has a one time fee and will come with a few gallons of gas. If you would also like to have an additional 5 gallons of gas, there will be a $30 charge. Please request this prior to camping.

Recommendations

1. We will provide liens if you would like. Since a lot of people have brought they own, we ask that you request all liens and pillows for the beds.
2. Booking your camping site. We can book your camping spot, but we will charge $50/hour with a minimum 1 hour charge. We always recommend you book your own spot. See *Rules* below to know the size of camping spot needed.

Other things to note

Rules:
*All rules are listed below because we have experienced it first hand. Our goal is to provide 5 star service to you and to all future renters. If you break one of the rules below, there is a possibility we can not provide 5 star service to future renters.

1. DOGS: Max of two dogs are allowed. Please do not allow them on table curtains or beds. If we see lots of hair on either, we will charge an additional $50 that will be taken out of security deposit. If you do not tell us you have a dog, and do not purchase the pet fee, we will fine $100 from the security deposit.
2. Smoking: NO smoking is allowed inside of trailer or within 15 feet outside of trailer. If we can smell it in trailer, it could lead to possible insurance claim and no security deposit returned.
3. Fire Pit: Make sure you do not have a fire near the trailer and you have all windows and doors closed. Smoke inside of trailer will lead to possible insurance claim and no security deposit returned.
4. Where to Camp: Most camping grounds are good on the Central Coast. We currently DO NOT allow any camping at Jalama Beach or any camping grounds that is right on the beach. This also includes the sand dunes. Travel Trailer is 33 feet long. The camping site needs to be approved for any travel trailer longer than 33 feet. If we arrive and the camping spot is to small, we will have to leave with trailer and no refund will be given.
5. Cleaning: We provide a broom, vacuum and a few cleaning supplies. We are not a hotel, we ask that you clean the trailer the best you can before leaving. That includes getting rid of all trash, emptying both refrigerators, cleaning sink and stove, no poop stains on toilet and not leaving dirt, sand or mud all over the trailer. If we believe the trailer was left dirty (we determine this), we will charge you a minimum $100 cleaning fee that will be taken out of security deposit.
6. Dry Camping: We do not recommend dry camping. We can provide a generator, but the trailer is not really set up for dry camping. Customers in past stated that an alarm starts going off in the middle of the night when batteries get low. We currently do NOT have any solar panels. Once we do, we will possibly remove this rule.
7. Check In: We need about 1 hour to set up the trailer. We will not arrive until the check in time that the camping grounds allows. If check in time is 3pm, we recommend showing up at 4pm, once we are set up, so we can go over a few things about the trailer.
8. Check Out: Check-Out is 10am unless the checkout time for the camping ground is earlier. We ask that you be out of trailer so we can get in, hookup and go. If you are late, we charge $50 per additional hour. If you would like a later checkout time, please contact us. You will have to have approval as well from the camping grounds.
9. Please note: If you forgot to request wood, generator or any other supplies and we have to come back out to camping ground, we will charge $50 per hour plus $2 a mile for round trip.
