We had a great experience with this RV and with the Renters. Let me start by talking about Yadiel. He has provided excellent service before and during the rental of the RV. I booked it just a couple days in advance (8 day rental) and Yadiel was able to deliver the RV to a location I asked for which was impressive. He didnt make a big deal about starting it on time but rather was generous and delivered the RV in the morning hours. A lot of other owners wouldn't even consider this let alone so many hours before the trip officially starts. The walk-thought of the RV with Yadiel was very thorough and I was shocked to see how almost EVERYTHING inside was BRAND NEW and NEVER USED.
The RV was AMAZING and for me, my wife, and 3 children, we would definitely rent this one again. Very comfortable and all the bells and whistles worked great. Everything was comfortable and felt new. Fresh and new. very grateful for that!
