Looking for the perfect rental to start your family getaway, sports tournament, or hunting trip? This unit is very light weight and easy to pull. Look no further because we have what you need. Enjoy this brand new 2023 Coleman Bunkhouse purchased new in June of 2023 and rated to sleep 5. This unit is in pristine condition and ready for you! The trailer features a twin bunkbed (sleeps 1-2), a dinette that turns into a bed (sleeps 1-2), and a full-size bed (sleeps 1-2). This trailer has a shower and toilet, outdoor awning to enjoy the shade, A/C and electric heat to make your vacation a little more comfortable when the weather is less enjoyable.If towing, your vehicle must have a trailer brake controller. If your vehicle does not have one, you can take the hassle out of pulling it by letting us deliver the trailer to your campsite.Per mile delivery cost is only charged one direction. Setting up the trailer, tearing it down, and picking it up are all free when you choose delivery.Please make sure to bring your pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, cookware, and any other items you may need for your stay!We are very accommodating and will do everything within our power to make your stay perfect. If you have any questions or requests please reach out and we will see what we can do to help you!Other things to noteHypoallergenic unit. No animals. No smoking or vaping. No illegal drugs. Trailer must be returned in the same condition as it was at time of pick up. If the trailer is returned dirty there will be a cleaning fee charged. You are responsible for emptying gray and black tanks before return, otherwise we charge a dump fee to do it for you.
