Rocco (our affectionately named popup) is ready for your next adventure. Four adults can sleep snugly in the residential queen bed (60x80) in the 'master suite' and the full-size (48x80) mattress across the way, while two additional children can occupy the convertible dinette (34x64), and sofa bed (34x62).Popop Chef: It's got all the basics for cooking: a 3-burner propane stove, an outdoor LP stove, pots and pans, dishes for 6 (plates, bowls, cups, utentils), a sink. Upon request, we can lend some small appliances (microwave, toaster, pressure cooker, Foreman grill, griddle, rice cooker) to you for your trip.Plenty Cozy: To make your stay super-comfy with a ceiling-mounted AC, a toasty LP furnace (which has kept us warm in one particular sub-20-degree night), a 3-way refrigerator (that runs on battery, 120V, or LP), fresh water tank. Saving the best for last: both tent beds include heated mattresses!Worry-Free TOW: This thing IS 1,860 pounds dry and 7 feet wide x 16 feet bumper to tongue when collapsed. Max weight rating (Gvwr) is 2760 lbs. It includes a power roof left for quick setup.Optional Setup: When we travel with 2 kids, we uninstall the sofa bed and replace it with plastic Sterilite drawer organizers. We can do that for you!
