The church building was later demolished, with permission of the church, so that the boards could be used to build a schoolhouse. There was enough lumber leftover to build a very small chapel. Now, St. Martin Catholic Church bills itself as the world’s smallest active Catholic Church. It’s a great stop for any historical buff.
