It was created in the late 1940s when the Civilian Conservation Corps made way for the local Ferrells Bridge Dam.

While out on the water with your boat, you’ll also have stunning views of the surrounding pine forests. There are a few boat ramps located around the border of the lake. Created in 1958, the museum specializes in contemporary art and is constantly changing up its exhibits, which means there’s always something new to see. In addition to viewing art, the museum also hosts numerous events, such as yoga days and talks with artists.

RV was delivered on time and set up. I do think the price for this RV is a little high. Some things in the RV didn't work and the power tripped a few times over the weekend.
Overall, the owner was very helpful and did a great job in showing us everything.
