The Great Outdoors
One of the best reasons to book an RV in Liberty is that it's right of the doorstep of the Trinity River National Wildlife Refuge. Created in 1994, this refuge was set up to protect the bottomland hardwood forest and its inhabitants. Visitors can take hikes along the riverbanks through the cypress trees and see hundreds of diverse species of critters such as beavers, bats, and falcons. There are many activities to enjoy here too; visitors can hunt boar, catch catfish in the lake, or just take some panoramic pictures for the wall at home.
