James was super easy to work with. The trailer and furnishings were all good. The only thing that I would like to see improved is that the batteries did not work at all so the instant you turned off the generator, everything died. Normally you can get a couple of hours of light at night without the noise of the generator.

Our experience was not the best. We rented this RV and expected to have propane included with the rental. We rented for 3 nights with 4 people and ran out of hot water and heat after the first night. When I reached out to James, he said he thought there was at least 1/2 tank of propane. He would deliver one but I had to pay $35. Our second night was very cold for us. I had no idea that when you rent an RV that propane is optional. Four people for 3 nights (as cold as it was last week) should have 2 full tanks.
Also I would suggest to increase the rental price and include some basics with the trailer. There was nothing there when we arrived. The RV says it can sleep 10 people but truly does not. We had 4 people and one on each bunk, one on the bed and one on the pull out sofa. Two is really tight. I would suggest to also include some instruction on how to work / connect the TV. Notes or instruction on operation would be helpful.
This is an airbnb for RV's so I would expect to have more included and not just a bare trailer.

Met James morning pickup was scheduled. Went over everything and help me hitch up to my truck and was on my way. Everything worked out great and glad I had the trailer since we had bad weather that came through my hunting camp. Trailer kept us nice and dry and toasty! Would rent from James again.

Trailer was set up well and on time. Thought there would be bed linens pots and pans and silverware. Not just a bare trailer. Must have had a water leak. Musty smell. Thank you

The camper was not clean on pickup, the battery was dead and in need of replacement we had to jump it in order to get it on our hitch and off our hitch.
