#Vanlife Dreams Come True. First it leaves you speechless, then it turns you into a storyteller. You'll be talking about this van, and your vacation in it, long after your trip is over. Winter ready, although rates are higher for winter use!
With its 18" off-road tires, no destination is off limits. Furnace and hot water system will keep you warm and comfy down to zero degrees.
The van comfortably seats and sleeps four (assuming 2 are young ones). In the kitchen you can cook up a feast. There is an electric cooktop, flip-up sink, & refrigerator, along with ample counter space. A exterior fold out table lets you take the party outside the van.
The M-Power automotive grade lithium power system can keep you off grid for longer than most vans without the noise and hassles of a generator. The rugged extruded aluminum roof rack and ladder system will be able to hold onto your gear while you make your way to your destination, or you can store things in the "garage" inside the van under the bed. Add-on bike rack or ski rack for your adventure.
This van will help you live better stories.

What's included

We can customize based on renter's needs. We always include basic kitchen ware, dining plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pot, pan, coffee press, and some basic cleaning supplies. We are happy to work with renters on bedding options, add-ons, food shopping, etc. We even will consider long one way rentals as long as we can figure out the fee for flying out and driving back (we do have day jobs). I do charge a lot, but no renter has felt as if they did not get a great experience.

Recommendations

The Storyteller Overland Mode has been to Gila National Forest, Moab, Gunnison, Vail, Steamboat, Idaho Springs, Mt. Lemmon, San Diego, San Jose, Telluride, Arches, and the Grand Canyon. Great for warm and cold adventures. Surfing, Stand up paddleboard, skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, Mountain Biking and camping.

Other things to note

No smoking. Do not park by a camp fire as the van is insulated with wool and lined with fabric that holds onto smoke and very expensive to clean. Have fun, but be safe and always be aware of the Van height - be mindful of low branches and awnings.

Meet your host, Barry

Member since 2019

Hi! I am Barry and me and my family have been using Outdoorsy for over a year and had the opportunity to try out a few Class B's before settling in on our very own dream van for how we envision #vanlife for ourselves. Quick get a ways to the California coast for surfing, swimming, and biking. Long weekends in the mountains for hiking, skiing, and disconnecting. A safe way to travel in the age of Covid for work or play. Rental car, hotel room, and kitchen all on 4 wheels. Van Juan is a an eye catcher and everyone stops to ask about this 2020 Storyteller Overland Mode 4 x 4 with sleeping for 3-4, induction stove, indoor and outdoor shower, sink, heat, ac, solar, great roof rack, and soon a box and bike trays. Our favorite trips to date have been a tour of Colorado that included Denver, Boulder, Idaho Springs, Steamboat Springs, and Vail. I also really enjoyed a long weekend with my oldest daughter where we enjoyed the ocean and much cooler temperatures.

Barry Baker canceled the booking 1 day before departure. This is an automated posting.

Great trip (Tucson to Prescott to Flagstaff to Sedona). Barry is the nicest guy ever and super-responsive. The high-tech van took some getting used to with its many features and is a bit tight inside, but is so much easier to drive than large RVs. Loved the experience!

Fantastic experience. Barry was very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Barry had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go, and he was very helpful with our questions during the trip to Organ Pipe National Monument.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
There is flexibility for arranging specific pick up and drop-off arrangements. Delivery is limited by distance and there is a fee associated with delivery. I have done a variety of pick-up and delivery arrangements depending on the needs of the renter and my ability to work around their schedule.
