The dining room area is an electric fold out bed that is between the size of a king and queen bed (70x72).

The van has a 30 amp cord and set up for water and sewage. Very easy to do when you get to your campground. The van also has a lithium battery system which can be charged through running the vehicle if no hook ups are available.
