It was a no contact pickup and drop off, but there was an informative video tutorial sent out beforehand. We felt prepared for our journey but as it happens, there was a mishap with a latch on the outside of the van. We were able to repair the best we could so that we could empty our cassette and bought supplemental parts since it happened at the beginning of our trip. The host was very gracious during all of this and made everything as easy for us as possible. The trip was saved and we miss the van life already!

We used Todd and Sandra’s camper trailer as an extra bedroom outside my parent’s house during a family Christmas reunion. It was perfect! Nice and cozy and had everything we needed. Todd went out of his way to set it up and park it for us in a very tight spot, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use again! Thanks Todd and Sandra!
