Features a room with a full size queen bed, 24" flat screen in bedroom, 27" flat screen in living area, indoor and outdoor sound system, bunk house with two full-sized bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4. Each bunk area is independently lighted with USB ports for all the electronic devices! Futon sofa and dinette convert to beds to accommodate 3 additional guests. Overall, this amazing camper can comfortably sleep up to 9!! Full kitchen with double sink, gas stove/oven, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space! Bathtub and shower use a tankless water heater so you will never have a cold shower. Tons of storage space under bunk beds, queen bed and table for all of your belongings. The Jayco is additionally equipped with ice cold central air, a heater, and full hookups for electric, water, and sewer. • We allow up to 1 smaller and well behaved dog, no cats. Dog must
be housebroken and not in the puppy stages of chewing.
• Absolutely no vaping or smoking of any kind whatsoever within the
RV, no exceptions.
• Black tank must be flushed at a campground or have a full hookup.
• If black tank is not flushed we charge a$100 fee to flush and sanitize
• RV must stay in the location stated in the contract and not moved
to any other location without the written consent of the owners.
• Only those listed on the contract can utilize the camper.

Janine and Andy were very helpful hosts. We originally had booked with another host who had an emergency that prevented our rental.
