Including the Appalachian Trail, which follows the top of the ridge the entire way, there are hundreds of miles of multi-use trails. Hike, bike, fish, and camp. Hikers who make it to the top of the ridge are rewarded with a stunning vista of the valleys to the west and east. Atop the Weverton Cliffs, hikers can enjoy a panoramic view of the Potomac River, the Virginia side of the border, and on a good day, a view of West Virginia’s Harpers Ferry.
