This beautiful 5th wheel RV is full of amenities! My favorite is the outdoor black stone flat top grill! Family oriented design with a mid bunk house, sleeps 10. Has 4 slide outs and 2 giant awnings which are sure to provide ample shade on those super hot days. There are also 3 TVs with roku playerS and the whole unit can be controlled via Bluetooth on your phone!Our 5th wheel is fully stocked with kitchenware as well as cleaning supply's, Utensils for the black stone grill, coffe pot, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, pillows, and more! We also have linens available. IF Requested, for all beds and blankets for the couch!This RV features the Jayco clean water system!!! This system eliminates the need to carry cases of bottled water; you simply purchase a large spring water jug from the local store and place in the system. This system is completely separate from the campers on board tank as well as separate from the campgrounds water supply providing you fresh clean spring water on demand!!!We do supply camp chairs, a rug, and outdoor tablesWe are pet friendly but we please ask that you keep after your pet responsibly.Please add appropriate fees for pets, water tank, linens, and sewage tank if your campground does not have full hookups.50 AMP Service IS Recomended Minimum 30 AMP IS RequiredWhat's includedfresh linens, camp chairs. pots pans and all needed utensils for cooking in the full kitchen!Recommendationsthis rig is super versitile and great for indoor and outdoor activities!Other things to notewe do allow pets but we expect you be a responsible pet owner and keep after your pets. strict no smoking policy
