The story of how the city began is quite entertaining, starting with an armed group of local women who lived in the neighborhoods on Berkeley’s waterfront. The women grabbed a bunch of shotguns to stop carriages full of garbage from dumping their trash from Berkeley on their beloved coastal area. From that point on, the women of this neighborhood sought to create their own town and formally incorporated as Ocean View. It would later be changed to Albany in honor of Albany, New York to differentiate from the Ocean View neighborhood of Berkeley.

RV was perfect for our family of five! Host is wonderful! Comes stalked with clean towels, sheets, blankets. Plenty of storage space. We love that we did not have to pack any tent or typical camp gears. Kitchen was fully loaded and the microwave came in handy a few times. Table and chairs provided, love all the special touches! We had bears visit our camp area, a traumatizing experience for family’s in tents. Everyone was unharmed, but hearing a family of bears breathing near your tent is not comforting. Thank goodness we were in the RV, especially with a one year old! Best decision for us, we will definitely rent from Denise again!

Ryan's RV was the perfect choice for our 4-day trip to Yosemite! This was our first time driving an RV, and we were so impressed with how well it handled the winding mountain roads.
