Tony spent a lot of time going over everything and even though it was probably his 1000th time giving the overview, he didn’t make it seem that way. He took his time and went over everything thoroughly. He was also available when we had questions. The Mercedes was clean and performed well in terms of gas mileage.

We LOVED Kelvin’s van and will absolutely be renting it again. The pop up top makes the van feel spacious even for a tall person and allows for great light and airflow. You can have the windows open for cross breezes without bugs and close it all down at night with the black out shades on all windows. The pop up bed also allows you to have table space while leaving the bed set up (which was super convenient and comfy). And the rig is easy to drive because it’s not too high like some other models. Kelvin’s add-on of WiFi was perfection in Big Sur where we would normally lose connection. He truly made the whole experience 5 star all the way - so friendly, laid back, and clear in communication. The “how to” video he created made pick up really easy and fast. This seriously could not have been easier or more enjoyable. Made me want to buy this van but thankfully I can just rent it again. Thank you so much Kelvin!!

Squirrel Patrol was the perfect adventure van rental! Mark is very helpful in explaining the van and answers any questions quickly via text. The van is very well equipped with supplies and equipment. The bed was very comfortable, and the heat/air were so helpful on chilly mornings and hot afternoons. Squirrel Patrol can get you anywhere you need to go and was an amazing rental!
