2017 Scamp with the front toilet/shower option. Small camper that can be towed by nearly any vehicle, dry weight of 1500lbs. Ideal for 1-2 people.

• No off-roading. Paved roads only. The camper has low clearance, you will get stuck and cause significant damages if you take it off road. Loss of security deposit ($750) if this rule is not adhered to.
• $100 fee if black or grey water tanks are returned unemptied.
• No driving with water in fresh water tank/grey water tank/black water tanks. This will cause an accident due to the low weight/small size of unit.
• Must have 7-pin adapter on car for electric hookup.
