It is on the National Register of Historic Places. Kent has a gorgeous Main Street with many restaurants, antique shops, and one book store. Restaurants offer a variety of local dishes, as well as fast food. There are also a couple of gas stations near the main road, and should you not be ready to leave this state just yet, head east to Hartford and continue your Connecticut adventure.
