This camper is not mobile...it is set up for you at a campground in Custer, on the west side of Custer State Park.
Come enjoy the beauty of the black hills without having to haul a trailer for your family. Our 36 ft trailer has plenty of space to accommodate large families (sleeps 10), and has some nice amenities. It is set up for you at a campground in Custer, just a few minutes from Custer State Park and about 20 minutes from Mt. Rushmore. Nearby you can enjoy fishing, boating, horse riding, hiking and more. And you don't have to share your air or your walls like in a hotel.
You will be camping in comfort in our roomy trailer. I have made an effort to provide all you will need to enjoy your camping experience, without having to pack the essentials. There are 6 beds available, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower, two flatscreens with WiFi available for streaming, 2 retractable awnings, a shower and bathtub and other enjoyable features.
Other than being in the beautiful black hills, you will enjoy visiting the little town of Custer. Visit the chamber of commerce and find out about local hiking and trails and places of history. The Beacon is a cool, casual place to play billiards, and enjoy live music. The Burger n Bun is famous for their homemade buns and burgers. If you need a cup of joe, The Miner's Cup on the east end of town serves up a tasty brew. The Buglin' Bull has a full bar (many places don't) and decent food. My all time favorite restaurant is currently closed due to the Covid outbreak, but keep checking in to see if Skogen Kitchen has reopened. That will be a treat you won't forget. Crazy horse monument, Jewel Cave and Wind Cave as well as other tourist sites may draw your attention as well. Keep in mind Jewel cave requires reservations, so call ahead to find out how to get the full experience. So much to do, you'll find yourself wanting to come back!
