This is an easy to drive class A,. It is a bunkhouse, so there are twin bunks and a drop-down full-size bed over the cab, plus a jack knife couch and a queen size bed in back. There is an outside t.v. and speakers, And inside there are 3 T.V.s with DVD players. There is a hitch in the back you can attach a bike rack. Inside furniture looks brand new and everything is in excellent condition. Gas input is in the very back of rig.
What's included
Fresh, clean linens provided for each bed. For the kitchen, there are 2 pans, and basic cooking utensils. There are back-up plates and cups and flatware. However, we recommend for your convenience to bring, paper plates, cups and plastic flatware. There is a coffee maker inside.
Recommendations
Make reservations at the state park or RV spot of your choice before renting. We have lots of recommendations if you need help. If you choose the excellent state park - Jonathan Dickinson State Park in Florida or on near there. .........We will drive it there and set it up for you for free or for very small fee depending on the distance away.
Other things to note
1. No smoking allowed inside RV
2. No illegal activities allowed
3. No pets allowed inside RV
4. No straight generator use without checking oil every 6 hours and adding what is needed. (oil will be in storage compartment)
5. Must dump before return.

Great trip! RV was nearly as described. The photos in the listing are not current but RV is in good shape. Interior is in great condition with no stains or smells. Exterior is a bit faded, but considering the age, not excessive. All systems worked well. Small bit of exterior damage on right rear but again not really a factor. RV drive well and we had no mechanical problems. Owner was easy to work with and was flexible. Easy pickup and drop off! I would rent this RV again. We camped at Disney Fort Wilderness for 4 days.
