Come stay in our pride and joy and enjoy a state park or two! We take great care of our trailer (Coleman 17B LT) and we want to share this little home away from home with you. We have many great memories in this camper and have experienced many magical moments out in nature.This is the perfect camper for beginners who haven't got a lot of experience as the vehicle is easy to move and set up. Also, because it's a mid size camper you can access the spots at the state parks that get you closest to the scenic views where larger vehicles wont fit.The unit is well fitted to handle both cold and hot weather and we have found it to be the perfect retreat all year round. We make great efforts to bring you our RV in a clean and ready to be lived in state so you can unwind in comfort and convenience.Currently our unit is stored in Huntsville, surrounded by lush scenery to explore in the local state park and an exciting night life and restaurant scene to enjoy should you wish to explore it. Of course you can travel further afield if you wish, but if this is your first time camping our RV is stored less than a 20 minute drive from this beautiful destination.We'll do our best to make your stay as convenient and fun as possible and we'd love to have you back in the future. • Outdoor lights to go around the door (it gets dark!)
• Roasting prongs (for makin' them smores!)
• Trash bags and kitchen foil
• Silverware, plastic plates and cups

• Toilet paper and soap barRecommendationsWe (my wife and I) love Huntsville state park as it's very convenient for us on a short getaway. We can get to the RV from Houston in under an hour and be at the park 20 or so minutes after that. You have a Walmart nearby that has all your needs covered from groceries to replacement RV parts, and good restaurants should you decide to eat out. The park itself is like something out of a dream. Especially in the early morning. The lakes and piers are spectacular both for the views and the fishing. Other things to noteNo smoking inside the RV please. The TV has its own mount on the wall and accepts HDMI. The antenna works some of the time, but naturally service can be unpredictable in the wild. We store the TV under the bed and the RV must NOT be driven with the TV on the wall as it will quickly become a wrecking ball. You can make use of the fireplace even when it's hot out. Just make sure the temperature is down and you can just have it as a nice light.

• Make sure nothing in the vehicle can fall when travelling. For example, take the TV down and put it back in the storage under the bed.
• Check all doors and windows are closed.
• Check that the indicator lights are functioning BEFORE you set off so you don't get stopped.
• Follow the instructions we'll provide at the time of booking to ensure that the vehicle is hitched safely.
• Any extreme cleaning needed after your stay will incur a fee.
• Report any issues at the time of discovery so we can help you, but also so you don't get any extra charges for damage you didn't cause.
• Keep the screen door closed as often as possible to keep the critters out.
• Keep fires a safe distance from the RV.
• We will do our best to check that the vehicle is in prime condition before you trip, but if for example you notice the tyres seem flat (or whatever) don't risk it and contact us instead.
• If you notice wear and tear, or that your propane is low, or similar contact us first before you try to fix it.
• Put the fairy lights we've provided around the door of the RV as part of your set up. They're not just pretty, they will prevent an accident when you're out after dark.
• Keep the vehicle locked at all times when you're not present and avoid leaving our deck chairs and fire-pit unattended for extended periods of time.
• Be careful around all fires.
• Have a good stay!
