Discover Lake Maxinkuckee RV rentals for memorable road trips

Lake Maxinkuckee is located in northern Indiana, between the towns of Rochester and Plymouth. This natural lake covers nearly two thousand acres, making it one of the largest naturally occurring lakes in all of Indiana. The first inhabitants here were Mound Builders, and evidence of this can be found on the banks of the lake. This rich history, combined with its great fishing and boating opportunities makes it the perfect destination to take a rental RV. Access to the lake with an RV rental is made even easier by Highway 10 and Highway 17 both crossing the lake’s western and eastern shores.

We loved camping in the van! Lisa and Bill were very friendly and informative hosts. Everything is stocked in the van for a great camping experience. You only need to bring your clothes and food. Definitely recommend renting Casper if you want to enjoy van life!

The camper was great; the floor plan was perfect for our needs. The set-up on the site was great! However, our host forgot to give us the access code to unlock the camper which caused us some delay with our 5 young grandchildren in tow. Also, the propane tank ran out in the middle of the first night leaving us without heat in mid 30-degree outside temperatures. Upon inspection, both propane tanks were empty. Other than that, we enjoyed the camper.
