Discover Grayson Lake RV rentals for memorable road trips

Grayson Lake lies in northeastern Kentucky, close to the West Virginia border and the cities of Grayson, Huntington, WV, and Morehead, KY. The lake was created with the construction and damming of the Little Sandy River and was completed in the late 1960s. Originally created to prevent flooding, the lake and nearby Grayson Lake State Park’s reputation for recreation grew. Grayson Lake’s opportunities for recreation, combined with its close locality to many towns, make the park an ideal place to take an RV rental. Access to Grayson Lake with a rental RV is made even easier with Highway 7 running along with its eastern shores. Campsites can be found throughout Carter County, making camping with an RV here a simple task.

John’s RV was great. Exactly as described and the A/C was adequate during the 90+ degree June afternoons. The only improvement we can think of is the kitchen supplies. It doesn’t come stocked with pots, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, etc. This was our first experience with Outdoorsy so we didn’t know what to expect but there was a store about 15 mins away that we were able to get kitchen cooking equipment at the next day. Next time we will bring from home.
