The city of Winchester is about 126 miles from Yatesville Lake State Park and offers another green and serene experience.
The Daniel Boone Forest is at the edge of Winchester and is home to several reservoirs, canyons, waterfalls, and the famous Sheltowee Trace Trail that runs for over 300 miles.
