Our trailers are newer trailers and most under warranty, however in our area even if a warranty item fails or gets broken (example: fridge, air conditioner, water heater, key lock, generator, etc.) the local rv repair technicians/rv dealers/ repair shops/parts departments usually take at least a couple of days to get parts ordered or to get an rv into shop for repairs. (In the few surrounding counties to our location there are only a few rv dealers and rv repair mobile techs (whom do not always answer their phone).

When you contact us we are good at trying to walking renter through and trouble shoot problems. For long term local rentals we do attempt to or make repairs during rental, we are unable on short term rentals to usually make repairs usually trailers are not within 30 minutes of our location.

Prices quoted are for local travel within 300 miles of our location. If you are going further let us know where you are going so we can quote you a price.

The $500.00 deposit can be used toward damage, toll/driving violations, late fees, dump fee, cleaning fee etc. Sewer must be empty and trailer as clean as when picked up to avoid cleaning fee.

Attached, please find documents for your review (most to be signed at pickup only).

Please send back the renter’s driver’s license and license of any drivers pulling the camper.

I need back the reservation form, drivers license and blanket waiver at least 48 hours before pick up to have paperwork ready in time for walk through which takes about an hour.

****IMPORTANT – Only drivers listed on the contract & reservation form are allowed to pull the trailer. If there is an accident & someone else is driving that was not an approved driver the claim may not be paid & the renter could be personally liable for damages.

We expect people to show up on time for their pick up/walk through appointment. Please google/mapquest our address 16456 Orange Blvd. Loxahatchee, FL 33470 so that you know how long it will take. For renters showing up more than 45 minutes late there is a $30.00 late charge.

If we are delivering a trailer, please be sure there is room for the trailer & it is free of tree limbs.

Please check the brake/light plug to make sure it is working properly before pick up. Please use septic safe toilet paper only in the trailer. The trailers are non-smoking & no pets.

The trailers have copies on board of manuals for the generators & rv trouble shooting guides. At pick up you will receive a copy of the signed contract & registration which you may need if you were to get pulled over or have an accident or get trailer impounded.

To not be charged a cleaning or sewer/tank dump fee trailer must be returned as clean as when picked up (inside & out) Cleaning fee is $75.00 each inside & out and sewer dump is $75.00. We pay for Road Assist which provides 24 hour emergency service to renters to provide help for: towing, battery assistance, flat tire assistance, lock-out assistance, gas/oil/fluid & water delivery. There probably is a fee for these services and renter will be responsible for fees.

Renter should request assistance with tire changing for their safety but if they choose to change themselves we provide a trailer aid tire jack & lug remover.

Please bring bedding & towels. If you need a generator let us know in advance.

There are 2 propane tanks (unless paying for fill) but we do not supply gas unless priced in booking. They may have gas from previous renters. It is suggested you bring a spare propane tank as we can’t gauge them and they may be empty.

Please make sure you check your vehicle specs (you can google) to ensure it is capable of pulling the specs of our trailer – specs are attached in this email. Please also make sure your vehicle is wired to operate the brakes and lights on a travel trailer (7 way round pin).

We do supply, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, flat panel tv, dvd player. Please let us know if you will want us to supply sway bars, generator, linens, propane, hitch, or canopy (fee schedule below)

If the trailer you requested were to become unavailable due to circumstance beyond our control, we can offer you another trailer if it is available. If nothing is available or you do not like the trailer offered we will refund your deposit.

IT IS RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE LOADING A MOTORCYCLE TO USE A PORTABLE WHEEL CHOCK - ALSO PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED PAPER ON PROPER TIE DOWN INSTRUCTIONS - YOU MAY NEED TO USE A 2X4 PIECE OF WOOD UNDER BACK TIRE TO CLEAR BACK DOOR & NOT HIT
(DEPENDING ON HOW LOW YOUR BIKE IS). Use protective padding for the floors/walls & also
make sure it is not too low to clear the ramp. It is your responsibility to know how to properly strap down any toy and to no over tighten – straps must have some give as the tie downs can only handle 2500 lbs of pressure. Loading Capacity is 1800 lbs

If anything is broken or damaged including tires please save the item and receipts. This way we can determine if it will receive a refund.

Most of our trailers are 30 amp – if you are going to 50 amp you will need an extra cord to convert and you will need to let us know in advance as most sites are 30 amp. We provide power cords & may have adapters. We also provide a surge protector and supply polarity voltage check a/c line meter for 30 amp service which must be used before powering the trailer with any kind of power. Bad power can result in major damage to slide out motors, awning motors, microwaves, air conditioners etc. (renter will be responsible for repairs and this is not covered under insurance). If you have bad power you should notify camp ground to move you or have them figure out how to correct the power. If it is a generator you may need to swap to a different generator. Also no cords or adapters should be submerged in water. Lift off the ground if heavy rain as this will fry power cord.

Class 4 or 5 Hitch is needed with weight capacity of at least 8000 lbs for all our trailers except for the Raptor which needs to be able to have a weight capacity of 9,000 - 13,000 lbs depending on what you are loading in it. Owners may lend hitch to renters at renters own liability. Renter is responsible for making sure their vehicle can tow trailer weight & they are not overloading the weight. Max load weight is 1800 lbs except Raptor which is 3,300lbs.

Pets or smoking are not allowed in units (unless discussed and cleared ahead of time). Also you are not allowed on roof or to travel in rv while it is moving.
