The campground also has a beach and a boat dock that can be used by all campers. Even though this campground is rarely full, it is recommended that you call the office and ask about availability. The campground welcomes those camping from spring to late autumn. While the campground is closed during winter, outdoorsy people may come to the state park for recreational purposes regardless of the time of the year.

Constructed in 1915, this church stands out with its interesting architecture, and six onion domes. It was built by the Russian community that lived in Berlin at the turn of the century, and they wanted to make this church look like the ones in their home country. Nowadays, the small church is open to visitors who may see the relics or admire the gorgeous structure.
