Located in Sleepy Hollow, NY Rockefeller State Park Preserve was once an estate owned by John D. Rockefeller's family before they donated it to the state in 1983. It lies about four miles from the city of Pleasantville and 30 miles from New York near the border of New Jersey. It was designated in 1986. The 22-acre Swan Lake is the primary attraction. A portion of Poncantico River meanders through the park providing awesome opportunities for water sports enthusiasts.
