Interior and exterior speakers, and a multi-media sound bar stereo with Bluetooth, Hdmi, and USB charger. Indoor and outdoor showers, smart TV, residential faucet in the kitchen, microwave, and 8 cu ft refrigerator. The 70" tri-fold sofa is a great place for an afternoon nap, as well as extra sleeping space at night. 2 AC units with ducting to keep it extra cold.Entertain outside with the outdoor kitchen with griddle and mini-fridge, and 17 ft. power awning. - Prep fee: $150.00. Cleaning, preparing, and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental, includes washing all linens, towels, dishes, and cookware, wiping down all surfaces, and filling the propane tanks.
