-4” lift kitOther things to noteYou can bring pets on your trip, but you must pay a pet cleaning fee. If you bring a pet without paying this fee, you'll be charged a $500 fee. This is because having pets in the RV affects our ability to rent it out to people with pet allergies.When you return the RV, you must make sure the waste tanks are emptied and propane is refilled. If you do not, we have optioned Add-ons for you to select. Failure to select the add-on and the RV is returned without the waste and grey tanks emptied, will result in the cost of the Add-on plus an additional $150. Failure to select the Propane fill fee add on and the propane is not returned full will result in the cost of the add on plus an additional $100.Please return in the cleanliness condition you received or picked up the trailer. We thoroughly sanitize for the next renter but excessive cleaning needs are not what the standard prep fee entails. Basic cleaning supplies have been provided to be used on the trailer surfaces should you need to do so. These supplies and only these supplies are to be used on this trailer as the specific supplies have been carefully selected to optimize the longevity of the trailer and its components.Do not put grease down the drains in this trailer. The interior dish washing sink should be utilized for light rinsing and washing only.Do not put anything into the black tank and/or toilet that is not toilet paper or waste.You must coordinate the drop-off time with us, and you cannot drop off the RV without someone present unless otherwise agreed upon between the guest and host. Failure to drop-off by the drop-off time previously agreed upon will result in a $100 fee after a 30 minute grace period.Always tow the trailer with a tow vehicle which has a tow rating sufficient to safely tow this 5,000lb trailer.
