What's includedFully stocked with everything you need for your adventure which includes bed linens, towel linens, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, silverware, paper plates, etc. Also includes 4 zero gravity chairs. Picnic table cover and one folding table.

If you decide to bring you furry friend, they MUST be potty trained and a NON-chewer. A small fee will be charged.Traveling outside of the continental US with our Family Rv/travel trailer is prohibited.Off Roading is prohibited
No festivals or tailgating.Rv/Travel Trailer Holding Tanks: Must be returned EMPTY or a fee of $80.00 will be deducted from your deposit.Absolutely NO Smoking, Vaping, Fragrances, Candles, Incense in the Rv/travel trailer, this will result in a Rv/travel trailer odor eliminating detail and a Fee of $500.00 will be deducted from your deposit if smoke, wax, fragrances/incense odors are detected.Damages: Any damage to the interior or exterior of the travel trailer, Rips, Tears, Major Stains, Major Scratches, Major Dents, Window Damages, will result in a partial or even a Full Non-Refundable Deposit depending on the damage area. We will inspect the travel trailer with every guest before departure. A document will be signed by both parties in agreement in what condition the travel trailer departs and again once the travel trailer is returned.Please return travel trailer in the condition as you received it, if not this will result in a partial or even a full Non-Refundable Deposit.
This means: Gray and Black holding tanks need to be empty before returning the camper, refrigerator and freezer needs to be empty and clean, Pantry area also empty and clean, kitchen area, bathroom area should be clean. Bed areas don't need to be made. Addons like folding tables and chairs, if used, need to be cleaned. Outside of trailer won't need to be cleaned.Or if you choose not to clean the interior of the Camper after your trip due to being tired after a long ride home we can do that for you for a service fee of $60 (this does not include holding tanks).***Pick up and drop off times are contingent on our availability. Weekdays will be around 5pm for both pick up and drop off. Weekends will be more flexible.Please take care of it like your own!

5We used the trailer only for extra sleeping over the holidays. It was never moved from our driveway. It was perfect. It is a beautiful trailer, very clean and very comfortable. I would use them again.

5Second time renting this trailer. Has been a great experience both times. Jessica is a great host, and is always willing to accommodate our needs. The trailer is in great shape, maintained well, clean and fully stocked. Would definitely rent from Jessica again.
