Rules on the Road (Guest Agreement) By booking and operating this RV, the renter agrees to the following terms: Driver Requirements * Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license * Only approved drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle Travel Restrictions: * No travel into Mexico is permitted under any circumstances * Travel is limited to the United States only * Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund and full responsibility for any damages, recovery, or additional costs Prohibited Use: * No smoking or vaping inside the RV ($300+ cleaning fee) * No roof access (damage will be charged) * No off-roading, mudding, or driving on unpaved roads (unless approved) * No festivals, tailgating, or large events without prior approval Pets: * Pets allowed with approval only * Additional cleaning fees may apply Cleanliness & Return Condition: * RV must be returned in the same condition as received * Dump tanks before return or $100 fee applies * Excessive cleaning will result in additional charges Fuel & Generator: * Fuel tank must be returned at the same level as pickup * Generator propane has to be refilled. Driving & Safety: * No speeding or reckless driving * Be mindful of height clearance (this is a Class A motorhome) * Driver is responsible for all tolls, tickets, and traffic violations Pickup & Return: * Respect agreed pickup/drop-off times * Late returns may be charged additional nightly rate fees Damages: * Any damage (interior or exterior) must be reported immediately * Repairs, insurance claims, and fees may be deducted from the security deposit ⸻ Acknowledgment: By accepting the keys, renter agrees to all terms listed above and understands they are fully responsible for the care and safe operation of the RV during the rental period.
