The Great Outdoors

Gretna has a number of parks within the town itself and can be great spots to escape the hustle and bustle of town life. Find some green space for a picnic and park your camper rental from Gretna and enjoy some family time. One of the biggest of these parks is Gretna Town Park which is also the home of Gretna Lake. Hawk Park contains a walking track, playgrounds, and picnic pavilion while Elba Park also contains a large lake and a number of sporting facilities.

RV Parks

Leesville Lake campground lies to the north of the city and is located within walking distance to Leesville Lake. The campground covers 40 acres and offers full-hookups, a large swimming pool, playground, wooded areas with roadbed trails for exploring and some truly beautiful views. The campground is particularly popular due to its vicinity to the lake. You will have quick access to lake opportunities such as boating, fishing, canoeing, and a range of other water-related activities.

Exploring the City

The Gretna Theater is the best place in town to catch a show. The theater was built in the mid-1900s yet still shows the newest movies, offering all the newest amenities for a great viewing experience. For a time, the building was converted into a grocery store and then a dime store. When transformed back into a theater, it strived to remain much of its original charm and comfortable viewing experience.

Communication was great. Pick up and drop off was painless. The camper had some issues, but nothing terrible.

Ashley and Aaron were incredible hosts! They arrived before I did and took care of everything, from delivering and setting up the camper to choosing the perfect spot. The camper itself is fantastic, equipped with all the amenities I could want. It’s clean, spacious, and warm. I highly recommend the camper, but even more so Ashley and Aaron. They communicated effectively throughout the rental process and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience.
