Earth Treks Climbing Center in Rockville is an exciting destination if you are a daredevil at heart and relish the idea of climbing sheer rock faces for fun. There is a variety of activities on offer here, so there should be something to suit different ages and ability levels. You can come along to open climb (age 5+) and see how you get on, although the center highly recommends receiving some instruction before you tackle any of the climbing walls. Earth Treks Climbing Center offers introductory programs for adults, youth, or families, and these highlight many of the crucial safety points of which you need to be aware. It is a good idea to check out their website in advance to see everything that is on offer, and to understand what paperwork will be required before you climb.
