Our trailer is in like new condition, clean and well maintained. We use this one ourselves and we are meticulous about cleanliness and disinfection.Easy to pull, very comfortable. Have the whole family sleep comfortably with all the available sleeping space!Thanks for booking with us, we will do everything we can to help you have a wonderful trip in this beautiful RV.What's includedThe master bed has a comfy gel mattress topper. All bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets, sheets, sleeping bags, whatever you prefer) you must please provide.Paper cups, plates, bowls, and utensils, paper towels, and RV safe toilet paper, all included complimentary for reasonable use.Two smart televisions are included (kitchen/master bedroom) but there is NOT any internet or satellite service included, so you must hook up an external source device.A large outdoor rug/mat is included, for use under the awning at the bottom of entry stairs, for a cleaner entrance and more comfortable sitting area.RecommendationsThere are so many things to do in southern Utah.

Once on the ground, can be rolled using built in handle and wheels. Propane runs on gasoline or propane, easily switches between the two. Typical run time for a full tank of gas is about 6-7 hours (depends on electric draw as well), or 4-6 hours on a 20 lb propane tank. Generator is required for outlets, air conditioning, and microwave usage. Fuel is not provided, although there is often some gasoline left over from previous user. You are not required to return the generator full of gas.You must please return the RV with the fresh, gray and black water tanks all drained.
