Easy to drive, exceptionally clean, and has much storage space. Perfect for couples, small families, and of course Newbies looking for adventure. If you can negotiate a moving truck, you can easily drive "Scout" the RV.
This RV has the "Campin’ Cozy" package. Insulated Walls allow you to stay warm inside on those extra chilly evenings. Perfect for that journey you’ve always dreamed of long into the fall and winter months. 6 brand new tires were added in July of 2021.
An Upgraded Queen Mattress with a 3" Gel Mattress Topper provides deep comfort after a long day of driving and adventure. Linens and Towels are included at no extra cost. New linens are available upon request. The FlatScreens in the sleeping areas have also been upgraded.
The kitchen comes with Propane to run the Fridge and Stove. There is a coffee maker, travel mugs, a toaster, some basic cookware, and utensils.
The bathroom has a stand-up shower, sink, toilet, First Aid Kit, septic safe toilet paper, and RV septic tabs.
The dinettes break down to offer additional comfortable sleeping quarters for 2-3 people.
Extras include Propane, a set of linens(2 pillows w/ pillowcases, top & bottom sheet, blanket, 2 towels), 2 Camping Chairs, Folding Table, RV Extension Cord, a Coffee Maker with filter, 2 travel mugs, Toaster, cookware, plates, utensils, and interior/exterior mud mats.

We have an amazing state park near us called the Pontiac Lake Recreation area. There are also many Metro Parks close by that offer tons of activities.
We are connected to a company called "Harvest Hosts" that allow RVs to stay on unique campsites for free. We have a subscription to this service and would be happy to extend it to you at no cost.
Other things to note
We want you to enjoy the journey. This RV "Scout" is clean, well maintained, and adventure-ready.
Just a few things to note, we do not offer parking on-site. You will have to make the arrangements prior to pick-up. Delivery is available for a negotiable fee.
We will need 30 - 45 minutes to walk around the rig, depending on your experience, to go over the operational details and perform a safety drive as per our insurance company.
Pick-up time is negotiable. Typically 8 am. However, I am flexible as long as we communicate ahead of time. Also, please keep to your arranged return time. Typically this is 3 pm. There is a surcharge of $25 per hour for arriving past checkout if an arrangement has not been made with the owner(s).
Any damage done to the rig will be taken out of your deposit. Although some wear and tear, as well as debris, are expected, any excessive damage or that requires extra cleaning will have to be charged to the renter(s). Usually at a rate of 35-45 per hour for cleaning, and/or an estimate from a repair company depending on the severity of the damage.
This is a non-smoking unit. We will have to deduct from your security deposit and burns or cleaning due to smoke damage.
Any Blackwater Waste left in Septic will incur a minimum service fee of $150 for removal.
We will make our best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However, given that items can fail, we make no guarantee of their availability. Especially during the busy seasons where there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you if something may not be working prior to pick-up/delivery.

Was a wonderful trip. Manny was great to work with. The reservation pick up location was not correct, if I did not call for directions I would not have known it was a different location. Toilet did not have disinfection liquid put in, had to add myself.

The RV was exactly as described and the perfect place for our family to call home during our week in Michigan! Manny was incredibly responsive before, during, and after our trip so the process was smooth and simple. He went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect and it truly was. I would recommend ‘Scout’ to anyone looking for an RV to rent. We are already looking forward to the next time we visit so that we can rent it again!
