Still like brand new travel trailer. Perfect for a small family or couple. Sleeps 5. Includes microwave, two-burner gas stovetop, a pretty good size indoor fridge, and a mini-fridge outside. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and mini-sink.Easy towing. We are happy to deliver if you're unable to tow. All tow vehicles must be able to tow 5000 pounds and have an electric brake controller. If you do not meet these requirements you can still enjoy your time in the outdoors by having us deliver and set up for you, OR, if you have a hitch and 7 pin connector we can provide a trailer-mounted brake controller for $35. Top of 2" ball should be about 20" off the ground for trailer to be level. Power must be dedicated 30 amp. May consider 20 amp under certain conditions.No Smoking.
No pets.What's includedFor sleeping, we include mattress protectors, mattress pads, and a fitted sheet for the queen bed and the two bunk beds, with only a mattress pad & fitted sheet for the small booth bed; accomodating up to five people.In the kitchen we include basic pans, plates, bowls, can opener, plastic utensils, cutting board, basic cooking utensils, cups, two dish towels, and basic cleaning supplies.4 rolls of RV toilet paper, wheel chocks, two camping chairs, and an outdoor mat are also included.Absolutely No Smoking & No pets.RecommendationsWith our home base being in Wisconsin Dells, there are plenty of options in the area for you to choose from. This was an experiment for my wife and I. We are considering, upon retirement hopefully in the next year or less, taking up a camping/rv lifestyle. This trip, along with the wonderful help from Mike and Melanie, was more than we could have hoped. They made it SO simple and SO easy with any questions immediately answered in a very friendly manner. I would highly recommend them and have no problem using them again anytime.

Mike and Melanie were super easy to work with! They were very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. Mike went above and beyond and installed a bigger battery so that we were able to have the refrigerator running for the entire weekend as we needed to keep our infant's milk cold. They made our first camper trip a success! We will def be renting from them again in the future!
