Overall, the camper worked out pretty well for our trip. The main issue was that the water heater did not work. However, that's what can happen with a camper anytime assuming the water heater wasn't already broken. We would rent this camper again given the owner has fixed the water heater.

Pre-vacation communication was clear, quick and helpful. Pick up was a breeze, swung in picked up the van (exactly as described) and returned to my house in order to fill it and hit the road. The van drove really well, slept two teenagers and a couple, and served our needs as far as bringing all our gear along. We were happily surprised by four camp chairs provided in the van! I would recommend this type of trip to anyone wanting to try out a small RV without committing to purchasing one.
