It was our first time using an RV of this nature and it was AMAZING. Carlos was an exceptional and uber patient host who walked me through everything (several times) and was always available in the event I had a novice question while on the road. The vehicle ran and performed perfectly and the bed was more comfortable than at home. Kitchen was also fully stocked with all the essential seasonings and spices and ready for everything we could come up with.

We had an excellent vacation, Jody and Zack were very easy to communicate with and were ready to answer every question we had. The RV was perfect; it was clean, easily fit everyone, and came with some great extras like the chairs/water guns/ propane grill/ and Zack had it all set up for us before we even got to the campsite. We do this camping trip every year and this year was definitely the best one yet and this RV with and Zack and Jody as hosts definitely made the difference.

Medo and his RV exceeded our expectations. The camper was setup with outdoor rug and chairs when we arrived. It was clean and cold on the inside. I had a few questions that were answered right away. No problems at all. Highly recommend and we will be renting again for our next trip.
