Schoolcraft State Park Campground is a bit rustic, without any modern facilities. There are 28 sites available for vehicles that are up to 40 feet in length. The grass sites are large and close to the forest. The campground is well-maintained and located by the river. Enjoy spectacular views of the area from your RV. Schoolcraft State Park campers are free to use the nearby boat ramp to launch their vessels into the water. Unfortunately, no hookups are available at this campground. Campers will find a large number of vault toilets throughout the park. Pets are welcome, but owners need to keep a close eye on them and make sure they are not bothering other campers. It is important to mention that the campground is closed during winter. Schoolcraft State Park stays open all year round, but camping is available from May to September only.
