The communication with the owner was very good... she was good at explaining things to us. We owned a similar RV before so it wasn't too hard to be reminded about how to set up etc. We did have a few issues on the trip that were not due to "operator error"... toilet didn't have water to flush, shower leaked, kitchen sink water was barely a trickle and a small list of things we let her know about so she could have them addressed. I know the things that went wrong wasn't her fault, but it def didn't make it as enjoyable as it could have been for our glamping experience. She did offer to give us credit for some of our inconveniences so that was nice...
