At 31'ft long it's very drivable, but has every creature comfort you can ask for. Outside, she has an external entertainment center with TV, Speakers, and a Stereo/DVD player, a full-size power patio awning, a protective slide awning, an outside kitchen with a mini-fridge, an exterior shower, and a roof access ladder. Once you're on board, you'll see how comfortably and ergonomically this RV was designed. Family members, as well as guests, will love the intuitive layout with its handy swivel driver and passenger seating with power adjust seating on the driver's side! It has a convertible sleeper sofa, a power drop-down overhead bed, a flat-panel TV over the convertible dinette, and in the master sleeping quarters, there is a queen-size bed with under-bed storage and a flat-panel TV with rear storage.! Comfortably sleeps 7, giant Kitchen for preparing mouth watering meals ,and plenty of room in the bathroom. Includes Bike Rack, Rear Vision Camera and Navigation. 1 Slide out to add even more lounging around space and comfort. . A completely stocked full kitchen including all utensils, cookware, and Keurig coffee machine. This is a non-smoking RV rental with no exceptions.Don't forget to check out list of Add Ons to help make your adventure even more comfortable and enjoyable.The RV will be rented out with a full gas tank and empty grey and black tanks. The RV must be returned with a full tank of gas, cleaned, and empty grey and black tanks. However, for your convenience, we do provide cleaning and dumping as an add-on fee upon return. All of our campers are fully cleaned and Sanitized to CDC standards prior to Rental. There will be a $100 addition cleaning fee upon return, Only if the camper is not returned in the same clean condition as Rented. There will be a $200 Dump fee charged upon return Only if the Gray and Black tanks are Not Dumped Prior to return of the Camper.

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
