The Great Outdoors
Stanford is an ideal destination to rent an RV if you want to explore the Portola Redwoods State Park, which sprawls across 2,800 acres of immense coastal redwoods. There are 18 miles of hiking trails to explore, including a track that leads to the Tip Toe Falls - a pretty cascade that tumbles into a small pool fed by Fall Creek. I had such a incredible time using Olivia's van. this being my first van trip as well as being a solo traveler, I was very appreciative of the amenities the van had to offer to help me transition from city life to van life a bit easier. Olivia is also a fabulous host with great communication and flexibility which I appreciated as well. she was incredibly helpful, I was definitely anxious going into this trip as it's something I had never done before, and she was super sweet about it, left me a little care package for my trip and even checked in to see how things were going. the van is beautiful, clean, easy to drive, great on gas, and sitting on the roof deck watching the sun set over the vineyard I stayed on was magical. 100/10 definitely renting this van again!
