-if you’re not picking up and dropping off the camper, we can tow and set it up for you at a reasonable fee within 65 miles of zip code 23322. **If you’re interested in having us deliver/set-up/return anywhere outside of the 65 mile range, please send us a personal message, as we may be able to accommodate for an additional fee.**-Sleeps 8 —For your comfort, all the mattresses have been upgraded to 8-12inch memory foam.

Dish rags, dish & hand soap, cookware & utensils, spices, Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, electric griddle, Coleman gas stove, Keurig Coffee maker- *coffee not included*, outdoor table, (4) adult camping chairs, utility tent for outdoor showering, toilet paper, outdoor portable trash can- with heavy duty trash bags.-Tons of storage, Indoor bathtub/shower, outdoor shower, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, manual retractable awning, TV, AC & Heat.-Check-in/Check-out may be flexible if no other renters are immediately before or after your reservation.-Camper should be retuned as clean as it was upon check-in (Dishes washed, swept, trash thrown away, coffee maker rinsed, fridge, counter tops, and shower wiped down etc..)
