5Without a shred of doubt, I believe it was a blessing to meet Zacharys' acquaintance. As we prepared for what may be our last camping trip as a family, we were suddenly subjected to possibly canceling our trip. Despite there being a number of platforms available for renting an RV, we faithfully used RVSHARE in the past. Our previous host reached out 3 weeks prior to departure with upsetting news and advised us that the coach wouldn't be available. With campgrounds booked, work schedules altered, family meeting us... it was almost traumatizing knowing that we'd have to cancel. After some searching, we came upon Zachs' Forest River Berkshire XL listing. I sent a quick note to him, and he responded expeditiously. At the onset of our booking, I would say that I was a bit apprehensive about booking with him. Not because of anything Zach said or did... but because his coach was 7 hours away from us. He and I chatted via text and phone a few times, making me feel comfortable, thus arriving at the conclusion of booking his coach. Zach remained available prior to booking, throughout the duration of our trip, and up until we made it back home safely. Given our past rental experiences, I honestly didn't expect anything more than your typical orientation, equipment inspection, and key exchange. But after our rental experience, Zach has an acquaintance for life. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bedding smelled AWESOME, and he also provided a huge basket of clean hotel grade wash cloths, hand towels, and towels to use on our trip. The coach was absolutely spotless on the inside and not a speck out of place. We greatly appreciated the cleaning supplies, aluminum foil, coffee, cups, flatware, etc. Having those things was essential. Zach even remembered me asking if his coach had "Zero Gravity Chairs" (which it didn't), but he added them for us under the coach. Talk about customer service — this is the absolute epitome of a man who knows that little things can make a big difference. My family and I appreciate Zach, Shola, and their family for allowing my family to enjoy their coach to make our own memories. I can promise you that in the future, when we rent (family or couple), we'll consider renting with Zach again. Thank you, Zach and Shola, for advocating for us when it was necessary, but more importantly... thank you for making this all possible. It was a pleasure.
