This RV is Brand New! It has only been used twice, by me and the husband. It is an excellent choice for family vacations, as it sleeps up to 9 people. What's included2X camp chairs, camping table, coffee maker, vacuum, linens, cookware, utensils, hand washer, portable firepit, and two TVs.Other things to noteThere is no smoking AT ALL! Pets are welcome but there will be a security deposit per pet. You will get your deposit back in full if there is no damage or hair left in the unit. WIFI is also available in this unit but will be an extra add-on. The top bunk will only be suitable for two small children or one adult weighing 130 or under.
